OK do you want to learn about how to deal with STRESS? Well I'm here with "Dr" Nicola who talked to some pupils at Enrich@ILT about the word stress and how to deal with it.
First of all, take a deep breath about ten times - it actually helps your chest muscles.
Second of all it's all right to cry! There is nothing bad about crying, Nicola said - just let it all out and go to your peaceful place. For example hide out in your bedroom. My peaceful place is the Elles road dog park
